Problem:  Ash settling pits were deteriorating and starting to leak.
Solution:  Shot and sand blasted surfaces, repaired cracks and holes, and applied a three-coat chemical and wear resistant epoxy system to seal the surfaces to prevent leakage.

Problem:  Tube sheets and covers were rusted and deteriorating. The covers were 5 foot in diameter.
Solution:  Remove rust and give them a clean, new coating to resist excessive wear and potential failure.

Problem:  The ground around outdoor high-voltage units were experiencing excessive weathering making it an unsafe walkway for employees.
Solution:  Filled in uneven spots and put a durable, non-slip, weather-resistant surface down.

Problem:  Pump was rusting and exhibiting wear.
Solution:  Abrasive blast to remove scale and provide adequate profile. Repaired wear areas with liquid metal and applied two coats of ceramic epoxy.

Problem:  Floor was deteriorating and tank bases were corroding due
to the wet environment from the rigorous cleaning schedule.
Solution:  Cement floor was shot-blasted and cracks were repaired. A non-slip, chemical resistant epoxy surface was installed.

Problem:  Oil tanks, railings, catwalks, and safety poles were rusted and corroded.
Solution:  Rust was removed and metal was stripped down to a good working base. This was then coated with a water and chemical resistant coating. Safety yellow was used on railings, catwalks, and poles.

Problem:  New parking garage needed weather and wear resistant coating on the stairwell railings and all of the steel framework.
Solution:  A rust-prohibitive zinc base coat was applied to the stairwells and steel structures, followed by a durable urethane top coat.

Problem:  Old warehouse with several trenches and numerous cracks that had to be repaired and filled.
Solution:  Trenches and holes were filled and cracks were repaired. A non-skid, stain resistant, and durable surface was completed in a two-tone custom design.

Solution:  A multi-part custom designed chip system was used, resulting in an attractive yet functional floor for the warehouse office.
